Payments
A deposit of 20% is required for bookings within 5 days to confirm with us.
For short notice bookings ( 2-4 weeks before ) we require payment in full no less than 48hours before arrival.
For very short notice bookings for the Studio (less than 2 weeks before) we will accept Euros in cash on arrival.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by you, please note that your deposit is non- refundable, unless your booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to the start your holiday
If cancelled by us for any reason, your deposit will be refunded
Payments can be made in the following ways
Direct transfer to UK or Portuguese Bank Accounts
Payments can be made in UK pounds or Euros
OR
Payments can be paid in Euros cash on arrival by arrangement with the owners
Balances
Please note : Balances paid by direct transfers must be paid at least 7 days prior to the start of your holiday.
