Lisbon is just an hour and a half drive Casa Rosden, two hours by train from nearby Tomar or an hour on an inter-city train from Entroncamento
Lisbon the capital of Portugal is situated on the coast and is steeped in marine history. Many of Lisbon’s attractions are of the aquatic variety and visitors will have a great time exploring the many sights this exciting city has to offer.
The Lisbon Oceanarium, which is renounded to be the second best aquarium in the world and boasts a magnificent array of colourful marine life.

Visit the ‘Castelo de Sao Jorge’

Visitors wanting to see the sights in Lisbon can save by purchasing a ‘Lisboa Card’, which allows the bearer free admission, or 50% discount on admission fees to most attractions, as well as free access to all public transport. The card costs just €15, and is valid for 24 hours.
It is available from tourist offices throughout the city.
