Dinosaur Footprints
Believed to be the oldest and longest saurpod dinosaur tracks discovered anywhere in the world, the fossilised footprints at ‘Pedreira do Galinha’ were discovered in July 1994 by a local Portuguese Archaeology association.
Situated Just 10km from Fatima and 30minutes from Casa Rosden, in the heart of the Serras d’Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, these examples of some of the largest land animals, are 175million years old and very well preserved
