2010 PRICES
Studio ( for 2+ persons )
1 January -31 March’10 €35 per night or save €20 and pay €225 per week
1 April -30 June’10 €45 per night or save €15 and pay €300 per week
1 July -31 August’10 €50 per night or save €20 and pay €330 per week
1 Sept -31 October’10 €45 per night and save €15 and pay €300 per week
1 Nov -17 December’10 €35 per night and save €20 and pay €225 per week
Additional Baby or small child €7,50 per night or €50 per week
Please note : A minimum of a 2 night stay is preferred, however 1 night stays will be accepted, subject to an Extra €10 charge, added to the above prices.
Studio & Extra room ( for 4+ Persons )
1 Aug-31Aug’10 €80 per night or save €15 and pay €545 per week.
1 Sept -31 Oct’10 €72 per night or save €14 and pay €490 per week.
1 Nov-17 Dec’10 €60 per night or save €15 and pay €405 per week.
Additional Baby or small child €7,50 per night or €50 per week

20% deposit required to a secure booking with us. Payments in Sterling by Pay-pal or bank transfer prior to arrival. Preferred balance payments in Euros cash on arrival please.
Longer lets are possible and price is negotiable. Please request a price.
A Welcome pack (fruit, wine of your choice, milk and bottled water) is provided ‘with our compliments’ for stays of a week or more. Comlimentary Tea/coffee/sugar is supplied.
